Alexan Plantation

This project consist of converting a 45 acre trailer park into a multifamily community.

LOCATION: Plantation, Florida owner: Trammell Crow Residential contract: Over $7 Million

PREPARATION

From the demolition of the existing roadways, utilities and trailer slabs to the construction of onsite lakes that provided water interconnection through the site, site utilities, concrete curbing, asphalt paving, signs, striping and the off-site utility and roadway improvements.

DEVELOPMENT

Over 150,000 cubic yards of earth was moved, 32,000 linear feet of utility line installed and 54,000 square yard of asphalt pavement placed.
