Over 600 acres of farm land was developed into a single family / multi-family community located in Cooper City, Florida. The development plan dedicated 6 acres to commercial development, 5 acres to a fire rescue station and 27 acres to a park. Construction began with moving over 4 million cubic yard of earth to create lakes and mitigation areas. Backhoes, off-road trucks and dredging operations completed this work. Concurrently, the spine road utilities and roadways were developed paving the way to the parcels and outparcels.
