In order for the new 2,000sf Marine Technical Center office facility to be completed, the existing 5 acre marina and boat yard facility required major modifications.

TOTAL SITE DEVELOPMENT

To facilitate a 600 ton travel lift which picked the yachts from the water and placed them in the boat yard facility for maintenance or repairs, site utilities, earthwork and paving improvements were mandated. Precision was required in all aspects of the civil construction due to the tolerances determined by the travel lift operation.
