The six acre site needed some light clearing, stripping of the topsoil, grading, then proof rolling the building pad and parking lot areas. Next we installed three separate drainage systems. One shallow, one deep system and a third system for the parking lot areas. The deeper system requires a drainage pump station similar to a sanitary lift station. The deeper drainage system is connected to ten of the eleven targets. The targets are circular and constructed of concrete. The largest tagets have a diameter of 76’. They range in depth from several feet deep to approximately twelve feet deep.
